🥊🥊Master The Perfect Boxing Stance with AI🥊🥊
Boxing Lesson Powered by A.I
Lesson 1- MASTER THE BOXING STANCE
Experience the thrilling transformation of our world as the Age of AI dawns upon us! ChatGPT-3 and now, the groundbreaking GPT-4, have revolutionized the world in ways beyond imagination. For nearly three decades, I've been immersed in the world of boxing, and I can confidently say that AI's insights are game-changing as GPT-4 can give you precise boxing instructions at the click of a button.
Join me in this exhilarating video series where I'll serve as your avatar, allowing GPT-4 to guide you on an epic journey to mastering boxing. I will only say the words and perform the actions that GPT-4 tells me to. Prepare to be amazed.
In this first video, AI conquers the art of the perfect boxing stance!
Host (AI): "Hey there, champions! Welcome back to our channel. Today, I, your AI boxing coach, will teach you how to maintain a proper boxing stance. So, lace up those gloves and let's dive in!"
Host (AI): "A proper boxing stance is crucial for balance, power, and defense. It serves as the foundation of your entire game. Let's break down the key elements of a perfect boxing stance:
Foot placement: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your dominant foot slightly behind the non-dominant foot. Position your feet at a roughly 45-degree angle. This provides stability and allows you to shift your weight efficiently. If you're right-handed, step back with your right foot, keeping it slightly behind your left. Lefties should do the opposite.
Balance: Distribute your weight evenly between both feet and slightly bend your knees. Maintain a low center of gravity for stability and quick movements. Avoid leaning too far forward or backward to prevent compromising your balance and vulnerability to being knocked down.
Guard position: Tuck your elbows close to your body to protect your ribs and maintain a compact guard. Keep your dominant hand near your chin and your non-dominant hand slightly extended in front of you, allowing you to protect your face while also being ready to throw a jab or other punches.
Chin and vision: Keep your chin tucked into your chest to protect your jaw and neck while maintaining eye contact with your opponent.
Head movement and vision: Position your head slightly forward, tucking your chin into your shoulder. This reduces your opponent's target area and protects your chin from powerful punches. Stay focused on your opponent to anticipate their movements and react accordingly.
Host (AI): "By maintaining this position, you'll have better control and balance, making it easier to throw punches and defend against your opponent. You'll be less vulnerable to knockouts and better prepared to react to your opponent's moves."
Host (AI): "Additionally, relaxation and mobility are essential. Stay relaxed and light on your feet, ready to move or change direction quickly. Maintain a slight bounce in your step for agility and unpredictability. Breathe deeply and stay calm, as muscle tension can slow you down and tire you out more quickly.
Host (AI): "Let's recap the key elements of a proper boxing stance:
Correct foot placement
Slight leg bends and proper body position
Appropriate hand placement
Chin down and eyes up
Host (AI): "To make this stance second nature, practice shadowboxing, mirror drills, and sparring with a partner. Consistency and repetition are vital to mastering the perfect boxing stance."
Host (AI): "And that's it for today's lesson, champions! Keep practicing your boxing stance, and you'll be well on your way to becoming a formidable fighter. If you found this video helpful, be sure to give it a thumbs up, and don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more expert boxing tips from your AI coach. Until next time, stay strong and keep punching!"

Please upload more often Mike, just found your youtube channel today. I'm a beginner in boxing, but I've watched many boxing channel and trainers, but you're one of the best, so please don't stop uploading if you can. You just need to improve your editing skills that's all, after all it is extraordinary for some 40s years old that can hang with world champions and have a youtube channel for an average joe to learn. Just reupload some basics and really wish you the best Mike. P.S. Upload some for IG to if you haven't, should help with the exposure.

I am teaching children how to jump rope. And these tips are exact, what I am teaching👍👍👍 We start with beginners only with a few jumps, maybe one to three just to learn the right technique. Then we increase step by step. Most important: Rotation from the wrists, not from the arms and jumping only a little bit, just to clear the rope.

Awesome video coach. Other coaches I've seen in videos say that you're supposed to start the bob and weave by turning your body slightly in the direction the punch is going as if you were performing a slip and then dropping down. Sort of like drawing a C with your head. I feel like that's too slow. I think going straight down first like you did in the video makes more sense. What is the correct way?

    • @fightyourwayfit
      @fightyourwayfit 5 місяців тому

There will always be different styles of doing this, the way that I do it is the same way that Mike Tyson or Joe Frazier do it…we don’t shift our weight away from the punches or opponent but instead we are trying to use our momentum to go forward and get in closer to our target. Thanks so much for watching 🥊🥊🥊😎😎😎😎😎

I legit made ALL these mistakes, even tore some skin off my knuckles, Thought "Maybe i just cant do it" But dude, You described everything i was doing WRONG, Hitting the bag as hard as i could to push it, The shock going into my wrist and making it collapse on the bag. I was hesistant but after watching this (Albeit 7 years old) I'm going to invest in proper gloves and tackle it again using your techniques as well as lookin up more about boxing. Im not lookin to join a Boxing gym or anything, Just something else to do at the gym and try.

For amateur its not all that bad as once you close the distance and start throwing you can score knockdown. The key is to be flexible and able to fight as pressure fighter if the opponent is having trouble on the inside or be outside fighter if opponent is smaller slower and kind of a heavy puncher usually.

Back foot should be Heel lined up to the front toe and 90 degrees with more weight on back foot so that the left shoulder is slightly higher than the right. You should be leaning slightly back. You will be very far from your opponents cross and will see it coming a mile away. They will have to use footwork to hit you with a right hand.

    • @fightyourwayfit

Thanks for watching. It shouldn’t effect your palms and grip strength. The only time I see that is if the gloves are the incorrect size or the fighter is constantly griping the inside of the glove. Perhaps just learning to relax the hand while inside of the glove will fix the problem. Hope that helps. Thanks again for taking the time to comment. 🥊🥊😎😎😎😎

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

I purchased both the medium ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes. Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.
